START HERE to create a NEW presentation from an idea or topic: a story-first method (Pyramid Principle and SCR narrative) that produces an approved storyline and a per-slide plan BEFORE any slide is built. Trigger when the user wants to create, make, build, plan, structure, outline, storyboard or think through a new talk/deck/pitch/presentation -- its message, story, argument, slide messages, titles or speaker notes. This is the entry point for any new deck; it hands the approved plan to the `ppt` skill, which builds the PPTX. NOT for: editing or changing an EXISTING deck's slides/text/images/charts -- that is `ppt`.
