Reduce a webpage to a structural skeleton with semantic tokens. Two-phase pipeline: Phase 1 injects a browser script that tokenizes content ({TEXT}, {HEADING:n}, {IMAGE:WxH}, {CTA:label}, {LINK:label}, {INPUT:type}, {VIDEO}, {ICON}).
