Task 3: Valuation Analysis

Purpose: Perform comprehensive valuation using DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions.
Prerequisites: ⚠️ Verify before starting

    • Revenue and EBITDA forecasts
    • DCF inputs (unlevered FCF)

This task requires the financial model from Task 2. Starting without it will result in incomplete work.
