Team Migrate

Move a machine set up before Team v0.147.0 onto the pipeline-only Team plugin plus the

bostonaholic/skills

plugin in every agent harness, with no moved skill missing and none shown twice.

Explicit only. It rewrites the user's plugin registrations and moves skill directories in their home, so the model never starts it on its own.
