Require audience, character idea, references and their roles, visual constraints, locomotion concept, reactions, and rights context.
  1. Separate inspiration from edit targets and forbid copying unknown designs.
  2. Choose the 32px lightweight or 64px official smooth profile. Define an original silhouette, palette, identity cues, eight direction pairs, timings, bounded declarative locomotion, and density plan. Add rest or reaction storyboards only when the requested concept includes them.
  3. Produce named-frame/state-row authoring map, image prompt, provenance questions, QA acceptance criteria, and size risk.
  4. Make no claim that art, pack, validation, or legal review is complete. Hand off production to create-peekling-character or conversion as appropriate.
Use only capabilities actually available. If a required command/tool cannot run, provide the exact handoff and state that it remains unverified. The workflow is agent-neutral.
