data-migration

This skill has been integrated into the db skill. No guidelines are documented here.

What to do

Read the db skill and follow its guidelines.
If the db skill cannot be found, read it using one of the following methods:
- Run
```
DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1 pnpm dlx skills add philtzjp/skills -a claude-code -a codex -a cursor -s db -y
```
  directly under the repository root to install it. Obtain the user's permission before installing it.
- Fetch https://raw.githubusercontent.com/philtzjp/skills/main/.agents/skills/db/SKILL.md.
If an old copy of this skill's guidelines remains in the repository, prioritize the db skill. Then propose deleting the old copy to the user.

Background

The db skill, an improved version of data-migration from philtzjp/skills, has been made the source of truth. To prevent breaking each repository synchronized with refresh-skills, this skill has neither been deleted nor renamed and is retained as guidance.
