Authorization and data safety
- Treat native CLI discovery as one read-only operation. Run searches directly without asking for confirmation.
- Do not interrupt discovery with network or safety-check approval questions, except for the CLI installation or update confirmations required by the preflight. Return the best recommendations in the same turn whenever the service is available.

1. Understand the request

2. Classify the request

- Select one primary category from the user's dominant task outcome when a documented category clearly matches.
- If two domains are independently essential, select one secondary category and search it separately; do not combine weak guesses.

Always classify before generating search keywords. Follow the platform's observed category assignments rather than a purely conceptual taxonomy: database access and diagnosis belong to , while DataWorks, MaxCompute/MaxFrame, metadata, and data-development workflows belong to .

3. Generate search keywords
The search service performs literal substring matching. Use short queries rather than long phrases. Run each selected keyword as a separate search; do not concatenate an action and a product into a phrase unless that exact phrase appears in the user's request.
When a category matches:
- Choose one short core query from the selected category file that best represents the requested capability.
- Prepare one or two high-signal anchor queries from the same theme. Anchors may be exact product names, acronyms, or English terms.
- If the user explicitly names a product or acronym, include that exact term in the first search stage rather than waiting for fallback.
When no category matches, generate 2–4 short keyword queries directly from the user's task object, action, product name, and useful synonym. 4. Search by keyword with the native CLI
After the CLI preflight succeeds, run one native JSON search per validated query without prompting the user:

Parse stdout as JSON only; logs and errors belong to stderr. Preserve each query's server order, merge all , deduplicate by , and record which queries matched each candidate.

Installation workflow
Install immediately when the user explicitly identifies a candidate and asks to install it. The native CLI owns package download, SHA256 verification, safe extraction, atomic deployment, metadata, and installed/updated/noop state detection. Do not bypass it with a handwritten downloader. The preflight must confirm installation support before discovery begins. Do not silently change global tooling or invent a prerelease package command.
