Contains Chinese characters → Load
references/write-zh.md
Otherwise (English, mixed, uncertain) → Load
references/write-en.md
If the audience is unclear (blog readers? RFC? email?), ask for clarification first before editing. The same content should read completely differently when written for junior engineers versus senior architects.
Execution sequence: Read the corresponding rule file, process strictly in accordance with the rules, and output the revised content.
After outputting the revised content, stop. Do not explain the changes unless the user actively asks for them.
