Workflow
- Extract the date, company, position, current status, next steps, and necessary notes from the emails, recruitment websites, or screenshots provided by the user.
- Merge duplicate records of the same company and position; later statuses such as assessment, interview, rejection letter, or Offer will overwrite the earlier "Submitted" status.
- Update the status only when there is evidence; ordinary automatic receipts cannot be inferred as interviews or Offers. Mark as "To Be Confirmed" if evidence is insufficient.
- When the user does not specify a file location, copy to the desktop and return the absolute path of the generated file.
- When the user requests to check the mailbox or perform daily checks, process it using a browser; the user is responsible for login, password, MFA, verification codes, and CAPTCHA, and these will not be saved on behalf of the user.
- When the user needs to create a resume file at the same time, switch to ; when rewriting experiences is needed, switch to .
Status Specifications
Default statuses include: Submitted, Under Screening, Under Assessment, Interview, Offer, Rejected/Completed, To Be Confirmed. Try to specify the source of evidence and next actions for each update to facilitate subsequent review.
Default Delivery
By default, provide the progress sheet file, summary of identified records, status changes, next step checklist, and missing information. Do not write the user's real job application records into the skill's template or README.
