Activate this skill when users waver between confidence and caution—either blindly optimistic and aggressive, or overly anxious and hesitant. Typical trigger signals: The team loses confidence in the face of difficulties, or conversely becomes overinflated when things go well, and swings from one extreme to the other in decision-making. Non-call scenarios: The team is in a healthy state (both confident and cautious), pure execution tasks do not require psychological adjustment, and the problem is technical rather than psychological. Difference from the "Strategy-Tactics Dialectics" skill: This skill solves "psychological state management of executors" (mental level), while the latter solves "strategic design of offensive and defensive levels" (strategic level).
This skill is activated when the user's team faces execution problems—such as failing to meet OKRs, constantly changing plans, and passive team response to instructions. Typical trigger signals: Goals are set but execution deviates, plans can't keep up with changes, and the team only completes assigned tasks without proactive thinking. Non-trigger scenarios: Execution is good and only needs fine-tuning, the problem lies at the strategic level rather than the execution level, and individual work does not require a team execution framework. Difference from the "Strategy-Tactics Dialectics" skill: This skill solves "how to balance the three dimensions of execution" (execution layer), while the latter solves "dialectical design of offensive and defensive levels" (strategy layer).
Activate this skill when the user is in an overall passive position but needs to create local initiative. Typical trigger signals: The company is contracting overall with low morale, doesn't know how to break the deadlock under resource disadvantage, needs to find micro breakthroughs in a macro passive situation. Scenarios not to call: Normal competition with equal strength between both parties, overall advantage already exists and only needs execution, the problem is not at the level of offense-defense conversion. Difference from the "Sixteen-Character Formula" skill: This skill solves "how to create micro initiative in macro passivity" (dialectics of offense and defense), while the latter solves "choosing rhythm based on the opponent's state" (timing judgment).
